All our products are for intimate use. Due to their intimate nature no returns (or refunds or exchanges) are accepted for obvious reasons.

Please note that each piece is a carefully crafted work of art, which may be unique in color, size, weight, natural impurities and inclusions and crystal lines.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (with a photograph as evidence), as occasional EXCHANGE waivers may be made depending on the case.

If the change is approved the buyer will bear the shipping costs.

Please check your address carefully, you are responsible for your order if you enter an incorrect shipping address. We will not be held responsible if your product is returned due to an incorrect shipping address.
